Could There Really Be Health Aspects With Jasmine Tea?

Chinese tea has often been described as possessing a huge range of good points, the most common claim being it’s ability to allow loss of weight. Indeed, there are a large number of “green tea pill” products available which say that they provide a huge number of weight loss upsides.

A researched study by employees at the University of Kansas found that the solution epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), which is commonly found in Jasmine tea significantly lowered the negative effect of smoking and a high cholesterol diet. EGCG is a strong anti-oxidant which has been proved in a wide range of studies to have a wide range of health upsides including the decline of the growth of cancerous tissue.
