The Benefits of Green Tea

Chinese tea is a strong provider of polyphenols, which are antioxidants . These have similar wellbeing properties to vitamin C. Chinese green tea contain a huge number of main polyphenols, while the most found chemical is epigallocatechin gallate, known as EGCG. This is the most common component of green tea.

Jasmine tea can also contain caffeine, a large stimulant, although in much lesser quantities than can be found in other teas or in coffee.
