Could There Be Any Bad Sides To Jasmine Tea?

Like many substances, it should be taken in responsible doses . Similarly, anyone that is likely to suffer from sleep problems should try to avoid Jasmine tea as a result of the caffeine that is in it. Similarly, those suffering with heart conditions should leave Chinese tea because of the caffeine nature of the substance. In the majority of cases, the upsides of drinking tea can often can outweigh the downsides, although like all caffeine-based chemicals it should be taken in responsible amounts and only by people that are able to have a healthy intake of caffeine.
