Like many substances, it should be taken in responsable amounts . Similarly, those who have abnormal sleep patterns should ignore green tea as a result of the caffeine found within it. Similarly, anyone that have heart conditions should ignore Chinese green tea due to the caffeine nature of the substance. In the multitude of cases, the healthy benefits of green tea intake can often can outweigh the downsides, although like all caffeine-based chemicals it should be taken in moderation and only by people who are able to enjoy a healthy intake of caffeine.
